Bragg's apple cider vinegar, was party purchased by Katy Perry who is also an investor in Bill Gates Apeel food technology. Bragg's characteristic coloring has markedly changed since then. Honestly, I don't trust either of them.

I have decided to make our own apple cider vinegar.

This recipe is so simple I’m not sure why I haven’t been making it on my own for years. It’s definitely more affordable too.
