We offer four language (Mandarin Chinese) classes each semester at ACTFL novice, intermediate and advance levels (1st-year, 2nd-year, 3rd-year and 4th-year). Tea Club focuses on tea history, brewing techniques, tasting notes, and kungfu-style tea practice. At our second meeting, we will taste two types of tea:
white tea from Fujian, China, and red oolong from Taiwan. All Puget Sound members are welcome.
