Faculty and staff from across Charles Wright Academy recently completed Wilderness First Aid certification training β an investment that reflects our deep belief in learning beyond the classroom. From the Beginning School to the Upper School and Administration, participants strengthened their emergency response skills, ensuring that the outdoor learning experiences central to a CWA education are not only enriching, but safe and well-supported at every step. When students explore, take risks, and grow in the outdoors, they do so knowing the adults around them are prepared for anything β a quiet but powerful expression of what experiential education at CWA is all about. ππ²

β¨ This is the Portrait of a Tarrier in action. Meet Waylon L. '27, an AP Spanish student who visited our Spanish 100 class yesterday to teach an incredible 40-minute lesson. Waylon planned and delivered an engaging experience for his fellow Tarriers. A communicator, collaborator, and thinker who helps fellow Tarriers grow in their language learning journey.
We're proud of you, Waylon! This is what student leadership looks like!
