Benefits of Kids Yoga:
Help your child to gain confidence, and strength through children’s yoga! These classes are fun, and engaging, and build a solid foundation for future yoga classes, as well as for other sports. Yoga for children not only strengthens the body, but enables children to learn to relax, reduce stress, and deal with big emotions.

Available summer Classes: Tuesday, and Thursdays 10:30-11:30 am.

About the Instructor: Leiloni recently earned her bachelor's in education, and even more recently completed her certification to teach children’s yoga. She has been teaching children’s yoga in Tacoma since September, and lives in the town of Eatonville with her husband, and four children. Leiloni also has CPR certification, fingerprint background check, and associates in Early Childhood Education.
