Are you a capable high school band musician near the Tacoma WA area? If so, you are invited to audition to play along with one of the finest bands in the Northwest, the Tacoma Concert Band! Selected student performers will join us this year for our festive holiday concert, which takes place on Saturday, November 29 at the beautiful Pantages Theater in downtown Tacoma. We'd be honored to share the stage alongside some of Washington's finest young musicians!

Today FHS Music hosted the Commencement Bay Region High School Concert Bands. It was a day packed with great band music! We had 3 amazing guest clinicians that worked with groups all day long.

🎉 We are super proud to announce that the FHS Concert Bands received a “superior” rating, the highest a band can get!

There’s some great music making going on in our region. Let’s go band! 🟡🔵🎵

Friday the Jazz Choir sang at the DeMiero Jazz Festival. They received 9 outstanding soloist awards! Way to go Jazz Choir! Everyone sounded great 🎵🎤 🔵🟡
