Thank you to all those who attended the 2018 PNW Regional Student Veteran Conference! Here are just a few pics from the start of the conference to today’s closing: Thursday’s community project at the UWT Giving Garden, Opening Ceremony with speaker Matt Kress, Banquet at the Museum of Glass with Mayor Woodards and SVA President Jared Lyon, and Closing speaker MOH Recipient MSG (R) Leroy Petry. The next conference will be held at the University of Idaho. See you in Moscow, ID in 2019!

had a jammed pack day at the 2018 Pacific Northwest Regional Student Veteran Conference!

This regionally-focused conference is a gathering of student veterans, advocates, supporters, and higher education staff and faculty from across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

The goal of the PNW Regional Student Veteran Conference is to focus on key issues and support programs ranging from student veteran organization leadership training, veteran education benefit education, employment readiness, and student veteran transition support.

Just wrapped up Day 1 with our Welcome Mixer at 7 Seas Brewing Co. Tacoma Taproom. Thanks to all of the student veterans, chapters and supporters that made the event. Special thanks again to our partners at the Travis Manion Foundation for buying the first round for our attendees.

Looking forward to Day 2 kicking off tomorrow at 8:00 AM in William Philip Hall with our General Session and Opening Ceremony followed by an assortment of breakout sessions hosted by speakers and panelists from around the region.
