Candied cranberries! A recipe from Erica & Morgan Ingredients: 2 bags of fresh cranberries Orange juice- 2 cups Sprite -2 cups How to: Wash cranberries and pick out the bad ones. Place in a bowl and combine equal parts orange juice and sprite to cover cranberries. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours. After strain berries and coat with powdered sugar and shake until they are well coated. Place on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. After refrigerate and serve! They are best served cold!
