A letter is found on the lakeshore...

"They called us odd. They weren’t wrong. But back then we were peaceful, we lived here, loved here. Made Brandy, told stories, watched the sea, the lake, the rivers. When the storm brought us to the Wurm, we only meant to scavenge.

But we found it.

Our Lord does not speak in words. It pulses in our dreams. In echoes. In firelight. We thought that some Spirit Walk would help us understand each other, to share our visions and memories. Instead, it prepared us.

The Market’s formula was a gift. It loosened the knots in our minds so the intruder could slip in. Those who pulled deeply on the pipes were never the same. Their eyes turned inward, and when they looked back out, they saw only it.

A thing beneath the lake, its eyes dripping black ichor as its form clawed through the dirt. It didn't last long in the water, it buried itself again in the silt and muck.

I wonder how long the water will hold it. I doubt the town will."

Last day for the Saturday 11AM sign up mod! We still have a few spots open!

Even if you haven't personally gotten into the story of the Finale Ministry, it's never too late to start. They've certainly been getting into yours. They killed Stryde and Jackson. They killed Cali. They want you to remember at 5 in the morning, safe in your bed, how unsafe you are. Have you been itching to let them know -just- how much that pleases you?

This mod will be an A|B mod, meaning you will hunt down the Ministry at their soiree in character then switch off and -be- the Ministry at their soiree as cast.

Sign up here! https://bit.ly/whether-by-form

Does your character have a secret they wouldn't tell for the world?

Do -you- want a chance that a cast member might know that secret, or that it might come out during the course of some future weekend's story? Sacrifice your secrets today!
