Salt City Spirit is a new Women's Club Ultimate team out of Syracuse, NY aimed at fostering competitive women's Ultimate in the CNY area.
We would like to welcome you to SALT CITY SPIRIT ULTIMATE! The ultimate scene in Syracuse is growing, and we decided we’d like to continue its growth with an option for club women’s ultimate that is right here in our hometown. We welcome women (18+ with at least 1 yr of college level experience) from all areas of New York State to come check out the heart of upstate NY and play some frisbee with u

Salt City Spirit Interest Form 2018 Salt City Spirit is a women's club team based out of Syracuse, NY. We aim to grow the sport and foster competitive women's ultimate in CNY.
