Established in 1911 as the Syracuse Commons Club, a chapter of the National Federation of Commons Clubs, the Alpha-Upsilon Zeta became affiliated with the Lambda Chi Alpha National Fraternity in 1918. For over a century, Lambda Chi Alpha at Syracuse University has been a home for men seeking to live out the Core Values of loyalty, duty, service and stewardship, honor, integrity, and personal courage.
