🎨📚 5th Grade Spotlight: Art + ELA Collaboration! 📚🎨

Our 5th grade scholars combined creativity and literacy this month as part of their May Reading Project!

Students were challenged to design their very own T-shirt inspired by a book they read during May. Each T-shirt became a unique advertisement for reading, encouraging others to pick up a great book!

On their designs, scholars included:
👕 The title of their book
✍️ The author’s name
💡 The theme of the story
🎨 Creative artwork to inspire future readers

We are so proud of the effort, creativity, and thought our scholars put into their designs. These projects not only showcased their understanding of literature, but also their ability to express ideas through art.

Fifth Grade had a wonderful day exploring Beaver Lake Nature Center! Students enjoyed hands‑on learning, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor discovery. 🌿✨

🔍🐜 Our 3rd grade scholars dove into the world of insects with their Litter Bug Project on Recycling! 🦋

They explored, researched, and presented their learning in creative ways—building both knowledge and confidence along the way! 💡📚
