Willard “Chip” Moulton, who taught for 40 years at the Educational Opportunity Center on New Street, suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury this summer. He underwent emergency brain surgery and has been making good progress but still faces a long path towards a full recovery. His wife, Terry Putman, also taught at EOC for several years after retiring from the SCSD.

Chip helped countless individuals earn their GEDs; many in the South Side may remember him.

A 2021 calendar of scenic CNY images is currently being sold for $15 to help Chip's family defray medical costs.

Deb Putman, a previous Photo Walk participant, has created the calendar. She will take order requests by email at [email protected] and provide shipping at a cost of $2 for one, $3 for two. Payment may be made by check or Venmo.
