I’ve spent over 30 years in this amazing career as a project designer, machine retail shop owner, television host, international educator and Pfaff Ambassador…working with so many amazing creatives of all ages - but I have to say after a road trip north this week and spending time with a group of young Mennonite women, it was one of the very best experiences! Their excitement and engagement was second to none as we explored embroidery possibilities, new quilting projects and taught them the features of their ‘new to them’ Pfaff creative sensation pro sewing and embroidery machine. I loved being able to gift this machine, embroidery accessories and design collections to them…watching as they giggled over their family-made kitchen table and plan a flurry of projects hit my heart - huge! I honestly have never seen so much excitement as our very different lifestyles collided and clicked as one. To all of my FB sewing friends, machine educators and dealers please consider sharing your passion…I would love to help share your extra machines, embroidery threads, fabrics and supplies to this community of young enthusiastic stitchers.
