At 14U, DEVELOPMENT MATTERS MORE THAN EVER.
This is one of the most critical stages in a young baseball player’s journey. Players are preparing for high school baseball, the game is getting faster and more demanding, and the decision on where and how you continue your development becomes just as important as the work you put in.
Becoming a Syracuse Jr. Chief gives you a system designed to help you reach that next level.
Our philosophy is built around developing the COMPLETE PLAYER fundamentally, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Our coaching staffs are paid and compensated professionals who are there for one purpose: PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. They coach, teach, instruct, guide, manage, and mentor our players throughout their journey.
80 HOURS BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS
Our 20-week indoor development program is one of the foundations of the Jr. Chiefs system.
At the 14U level, players receive approximately 80 HOURS of organized development and training before they even walk into their high school baseball tryouts.
We aren’t waiting for spring to start developing players.
WE PREPARE THEM FOR SPRING.
WHAT YOUR JR. CHIEFS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

ONLY 13 PLAYERS
We intentionally limit our 14U roster to 13 players.
That means more attention, more development opportunities, and a coaching staff that can invest in every player on the roster.
