Perfect Practice & the Syracuse Jr. Chiefs are pleased to share that Big League Edge is proud to announce the national selection of Liam Wright, 2025 13U Jr. Chiefs, to our 14U Gold Team, representing the United States in the 2026 LABC Games.

Liam hails from Syracuse, NY - Northeast and played for the 2025 13U Syracuse Jr. Chiefs, the oldest youth travel ball program in the Northeast. He is a pure hitting catcher who plays a solid OF. His arm strength is his best defensive tool, as it throws runners out consistently. At the plate, Wright can hit the gaps in any count and will hit the occasional home run. His barrel speed produces a flat swing that stays inside the pitch well.

Liam earned his spot after being selected from 4,000+ athletes who attended USA trials nationwide. The Organization officially congratulates him upon this incredible accomplishment.

Congratulations to the 10U Upstate Empire Players and Coaches for their impressive Sem-Final achievement at the Queen of Diamonds Tournament!

What a remarkable beginning for the Upstate Empire Program, with these talented young ladies achieving victory in their very first game! We are incredibly proud of their performance, especially as they battled through rain and humidity. It was a challenging path, but they triumphed. We eagerly anticipate witnessing their growth and progress as they continue on this exciting journey.

The 10U Empire extends heartfelt congratulations to Academy Softball for securing the championship and appreciates all the teams for their spirited competition. We are truly thrilled with our Players, Coaches, and dedicated Fans!

Hats off to the incredible players and coaches of the 11U Syracuse Jr. Chiefs for their remarkable Semi-Final finish in the 11 Team Tournament at the Spring Finale in Williamsport, PA!

With determination, they overcame their earlier defeat to the Central PA Cannons in Pool Play, showcasing their unwavering spirit! We are immensely proud of their performance and eagerly anticipate their continued growth and future triumphs.

The 11U Jr. Chiefs extend their congratulations to the North Jersey Goons for clinching the championship and express gratitude to all teams for their exemplary competition and sportsmanship. We're so proud of the Players, Coaches, and Fanatics!

Kudos to the 14U Upstate Empire Players and Coaches for securing 9th place among 18 teams at the Queen of Diamonds Tourney! Although they feel a tinge of disappointment for not progressing in the Championship Round, our pride in their resilience amidst the heat and their spirited gameplay shines through.

It's heartwarming to witness their camaraderie and genuine teamwork. We eagerly anticipate their continued growth as they gather tournament experience and strive for higher achievements. Their development continues as their journey begins!
