We offer professional martial arts training for ages 3 1/2 and up, with over 40 years of experience, we are a leader in CNY for Martial Arts. We offer martial arts classes for a wide range of students, starting as young as 3 ½ years old up through teens and adults. Our system incorporates traditional Chinese and Japanese martial arts techniques, taught with today’s high standards. This will ensure that you learn the most effective, well rounded, practical art of self-defense. All classes are taught by certified Black Belt instructors, and are overseen by Master instructors. This method gives you the highest quality training. In just a few short weeks you will notice definite, positive results in many aspects of your life. Improvement in academics, confidence to stand up to peer-pressure, a boost in self esteem and a spark of positive energy in children, and stress relief and fitness for teens and adults.
