I’m in absolute awe of & .m.weil tenacity, commitment, and truth-telling. Thank you for bringing A Rebel’s Prayer to life in such a powerful way.
It was an honor to witness your magic and to feel the depth of this storytelling and truth-telling.
Eloise, your work on the book and lyrics is nothing short of extraordinary, every word carries heart, resistance, and humanity. This is what courage looks like. This is what change feels like.
This wasn’t just a performance, it was a living testament to youth activism, to the weight and power of our words and actions. A reminder that even in the face of fear, there is always a choice: to be bold, to speak up, and to move justice forward.
What makes this piece land even deeper is how timely it is. Inspired in part by resistance movements like P***y Riot—the feminist collective in Russia that has risked imprisonment, violence, and exile simply for speaking truth to power. The story resonates far beyond the stage. It reminds us that the fight for justice comes with real consequences… and yet, people choose courage every single day.
Here at home, as we watch rights being contested, marginalized voices silenced, and power structures reinforced to benefit the few at the expense of the many, this work feels urgent, necessary, and impossible to ignore. It calls us to confront power dynamics and to use whatever privilege and platform we have because our collective liberation depends on it. If we stand for nothing, we will fall for anything.

In times of despair I choose love. I choose to live and lead from a place of courage not fear.
I choose to honor my voice and amplify the voices less heard. I choose growth and evolution. Everything must change.
This is a reminder to stay grounded and focus on the things you can do within your sphere of control & influences. And do so while tending to your needs 💌.
