HEOP & SSS at Syracuse University Syracuse University's Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) and Student Support Services (A TRiO Program) Arthur O.

Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program and the Student Support Services project (a federally funded TRIO program). These programs started improving the retention and graduation of eligible students at Syracuse University since the 1970s. OSS offers students assistance with academics, finances, career development and a variant of transition and personal issues. We have a diverse staff of caring and experienced counselors. HEOP STAFF
