Had a wonderful day at Crouse Health's Addiction Treatment Services, providing massage therapy. This amazing room fostered self-care and wellness. We are looking to expand services. Stay tuned!

Ready to provide massage therapy at our local housing unit for Veterans Without A Home. This is a collaborative program with our local Syracuse VA Behavioral Health office. This is one of my most favorite engagements of each month.

Hoping we never have to face another pandemic, this study provides some hindsight that is helpful, 'just in case'. Key points include an increase in deaths among physicians while, "Within all age groups, physicians had substantially lower excess mortality than the general population".

Outreach Report! I’m so glad to announce we are back at Van Keuran facility for Veterans without a home. We have been working with VA staff to coordinate visitation with folks at the facility to support a team based care plan. Serving those without a home (homeless or displaced persons) is deep, beyond available description. Coming off the heels of Covid, massage therapy is critical for populations who were isolated during the pandemic.

We started planning last year and started serving in December. We are in the infancy stages, replicating our preCovid program. Future updates to come!
