The halls of Syracuse Jr High were full of excitement today as we welcomed our students back for another amazing school year! 🦅✨ Our Student Government leaders and cheerleaders rolled out the red carpet to make sure everyone felt welcomed and ready to start the year off right! ❤️🎉
We’re also incredibly grateful to have our amazing Student Resource Officer, Officer Behm, back with us! We appreciate her dedication, care, and support of our students and school. We’re also thankful for Officer Wesche at Syracuse High School and all they do to help make our schools a safe and welcoming place.

Welcome, Future Seahawks!

We are excited to welcome our incoming 7th grade students to Seahawk Bootcamp on Monday, August 18, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Syracuse Jr. High!

Seahawk Bootcamp is designed to help students feel comfortable and confident before the first day of school. During the event, students will:
• Tour the school
• Meet teachers and staff
• Learn about daily routines and expectations
• Get answers to questions about junior high
• Receive their school-issued laptop

This is a great opportunity for students to become familiar with their new school and start building connections before the school year begins.

📅 Back-to-School Night will also be held that evening from 5:00–6:30 PM. Students and families are encouraged to attend to meet teachers, explore the school, and get ready for a successful school year.

We look forward to welcoming all our future Seahawks and helping make their time in junior high a great experience! See you on August 18!
