Taiwanese Comfort Food - Brave Enough to Try? 😏

During our last TCML Adult Mandarin class, we shared a classic century egg tofu dish topped with Jing Si vegan floss. 😋

Century egg tofu (皮蛋豆腐 pí dàn dòu fǔ) is a classic Taiwanese cold side dish often enjoyed at home or at traditional restaurants across Taiwan. Made with silky tofu, century egg, soy paste, and toppings like green onions and floss, it’s simple, comforting, and full of flavor! ✨

At our education center, language learning also means experiencing culture through food, community, and everyday moments. ☺️
