🥤 WCES Coca-Cola Fundraiser is NOW UNDERWAY! 🥤

Hey Worth County family! Our annual Coca-Cola fundraiser is officially in full swing, and our hard-working students are ready to stock your pantries with your favorite refreshing beverages.

Every dollar raised goes directly back into our school to support classroom resources, student incentives, and special schoolwide activities that make Worth County Elementary such a great place to learn.

Key Details:

Student Goal: At least 5 cases per student

Order Deadline: Friday, September 4

How to Buy: Reach out to any WCES student to place your order!

Whether you need a restock on Coke, Sprite, Powerade, or bottled water, purchasing your drinks through a WCES student makes a huge impact. Let’s rally together as a community and help every single student hit their 5-case goal!

Help us turn refreshment into revenue for our students! From August 21 through September 4, Worth County Elementary is selling full cases of your favorite Coca-Cola products.

Every single purchase directly supports our students throughout the school year by funding:

This is a quick reminder that all T-shirt order forms and payments must be turned in by Friday, August 21.

Please keep in mind:

Strict Deadline: No order forms or payments will be accepted after Friday, August 21, as we must place the order with our vendor promptly.

Need a Form? If you need an order form or did not receive one, please contact your child's teacher as soon as possible, and they will be happy to send one home with your child.

I hope you and your family are having a wonderful school year! As the principal of Worth County Elementary, the safety, well-being, and academic success of our students are my highest priorities.

To ensure we can communicate effectively with you and maintain accurate school records, it is critical that all parent and student information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal is fully updated.

Why This Is Crucial:
Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Having correct phone numbers and emergency contacts ensures we can reach you immediately if an urgent situation or illness arises.

Timely Communication: Up-to-date email addresses and contact preferences ensure you receive important updates, event details, attendance notices, and academic progress reports.

Accurate Student Records: Verifying address details, transportation needs, and medical considerations helps us serve your child effectively every day.

Action Required for ALL Students:
This update must be completed for EVERY student enrolled at Worth County Elementary, even if you believe your information has not changed.

Steps to Update:

Log In: Access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal through a web browser or the Campus Parent mobile app.

Review: Navigate to your account settings/household information.

Update & Submit: Review and update your phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, emergency contacts, and health information, then save/submit your updates.

If you are new to the district, need help setting up your Parent Portal account, or require password assistance, please contact our front office, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Your child's score reports from the 2026 Georgia Milestones End of Course or End of Grade Assessment are now available. Please see directions below to access your child's score report directly from your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. If you would prefer a hard copy of your child's report, please contact your child's school.
