James Kirkland of the Masters Club came and talked with the students about his organization & what they do in and for the community. He talked about handing out backpacks at the first of the school year, helping with the REACH program at the Middle School, and helping out at a local community center. The Masters Club also gives out a couple of scholarships each year to help students pursuing higher education and they also volunteer at the local Special Olympics. He brought Nobull athletic shoes to give to students who need a pair. Students were encouraged to volunteer to help with the organization.
