🇺🇸 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟰, 10am - 2pm: Join the community at Burnham Park to view the unveiling of the 1976 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗲. We can't wait to see what our students from the seventies put in the vault. Bring friends, family, and a picnic. Sylvania: America 250 is now accepting submissions for the 2076 time capsule.

5️⃣0️⃣‼️ 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬 - On August 20th, we celebrate 𝟱𝟬 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦!! Our entire community is invited to join us for this FREE event.

This evening event brings together current and former students, families, staff, and our entire community as we 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 at Sylvania Schools. This will be a great opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate our shared history.

At last night's Board meeting, City of Sylvania, Ohio Mayor Mark Frye proclaimed "JUNE 9, 2026, as Dr. Veronica Motley Day in the City of Sylvania." In recognition of Superintendent Dr. Motley's contributions to our schools and community and in honor of her upcoming retirement, Council Members Marcus Hansen and Mary Westphal joined Mayor Frye to recognize Dr. Motley. As we approach Dr. Motley's remaining weeks in our District, we echo the same sentiment. Thank you for your leadership, service, and dedication to 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒚𝒍𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒂 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔.

🎉Congratulations to all of our 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝘂𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 recipients! These outstanding individuals were nominated and selected for doing a great job, going the extra mile, or performing a random act of kindness.
