5th Grade Graduation Hello! 5th grade graduation is right around the corner. I can't believe they will be heading to Jr. High in the fall, it feels like they just started kindergarten last year! We hope that they will enjoy their graduation day to celebrate them! Their lunch will consist of a six in Subway sandwich, chi...

98% of forms have been turned in along with more donations. We are decently funded to provide a fun event.

To make it extra special, we are still looking for business sponsors. Please contact [email protected] if you know of a business who might be interested and we could contact.

Funding Reality Check... 😣
57% of forms were turned in by 4/7. Our donations are not enough to cover BOTH lunch and t-shirts, let alone any rentable activities (except for the dunk tank that has been graciously donated). T-shirt cost is $8/student. With our current budget we will NOT be able to provide a shirt, which has been tradition in the past, but we are trying hard to change this situation.

While I understand most family finances are tight right now, we really want to give these graduates a fun day but desperately need more funding to do that.

So I ask you all this...
1. If you haven't donated already, and can, please do ASAP.
2. Corporate sponsors would be AMAZING! We can offer
publicity for the company with a printed logo on the t-
shirts. If you have or know of a company who can help,
please email me at:

3. Please spread the word to those you know, especially
other graduating families that we need financial support
- maybe they have forgotten to submit their donation and
need a friendly reminder. The more people that can
contribute, the the less burden on individuals and the
quicker we can get these kids the celebration they
deserve.

All cash and checks (payable to Central Trail Parents' Club) can be submitted to the school. 💚 Thank you to all of you who have donated this far! 💚 Every dollar is going to go towards these amazing kids! We will keep you updated on progress and as always, happy to answer any questions you have.

REMINDER: Graduation forms and donations are due this coming Friday, April 6th. Please send to the school with your graduate. Thank you!

- All of graduation (food, activities, etc.) is reliant on family donations. If you're able and want to donate, please return cash or check (payable to Central Trail Parents' Club) by April 6th to the school.

- Parents are invited to attend the graduation ceremony. It will be held in the morning - specific start time TBD. Graduation is Tuesday, May 24th.

-Please return filled out forms no later than April 6th to prevent delay in graduation planning.

Families: Please upload 1 photo of your student during their pre-k year (roughly before starting kindergarten) and 1 photo of them currently, be sure to include names on the info of the photo. This will be used to make a fun "see how they have grown” from the year before elementary to their last months.

We are looking for other photos as well - that will be in another post. 😁
