We do not have “introductory specials”. We don’t charge for introductory lessons. Bring water!

Come meet us, try out a couple classes, and see if you like them. If you want to stay, just start paying dues. We do not use contracts. All our billing is done month to month. Students should come to class hydrated, and will be allowed to hydrate during class. Most people get a better workout when they drink water during exercise. Ask questions! We encourage active learning, and are happy to answer any questions as they come up.
