The Eli Knight Jiu-Jitsu Seminars were a HIT! 🥋🔥

What an incredible weekend of Jiu-Jitsu at FX Self Defense! From our adult & teen No-Gi seminar to our Youth Gi seminar, Professor Eli Knight brought outstanding instruction, details, and concepts that everyone can take back to the mats and continue building on.

A huge THANK YOU to Professor Eli for continuing to share his knowledge, experience, and time with our FX family. We’re grateful for the training, but just as importantly, for the friendships and fellowship that come with it.

And thank you to everyone who came out and trained with us! You’re what makes events like these such a success.

Our FX Youth & Teen Jiu-Jitsu crew drilled double-leg sprawls into attacks from the turtle position, then got ready to put it all together with some live rolls.
