🔥 SATURDAY TRAINING RUN COMPLETE 🔥
Our ladies took on **Wilson Canyon Trail** today:
✔️ 10-mile training run (5 up / 5 down)
✔️ Scaled options for all levels
✔️ 12-mile finish by one of our strong runners 💪
And yes…
🌴 we celebrated the ONLY palm tree on the trail at mile 4 🤣
This is more than a workout.
This is accountability, strength, and community.
