All Comer Athletes grades 7-12, Summer Workouts begin Tuesday, June 11. Boys will begin at 7:00 AM and the girls will follow at 8:30. ALL athletes will be able to eat breakfast and lunch at the school during the month of June.

*June will be Tuesday-Thursday.
July will be Mon-Thurs.

*Make sure you know your sport specific schedule so that you do not miss a practice. Some sports may practice before workouts.

*ALL Athletes are expected to make 18 of 21 possible workouts. Please communicate with your coach if you are going to be at a camp.

*Summer workout shirts will be $35 (this covers both shirts). Shirts are required.

*All information on DragonFly needs to be updated to the 2024-25 school year. This includes concussion and consent forms. Birth Certificates and Sportsmanship will roll over for previous athletes. Coaches will upload physicals for the ones that attended free physicals in May.

*Nee athletes will get details on how to create an account on DragonFly during first week of workouts.
