Sal's Jiu Jitsu and Grappling Sal's BJJ is a complete mixed martial arts gym.

We offer youth and adult classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Bootcamp Fitness, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts taught by experienced competitors and trainers in their discipline.
