Sean's Fall Favorites

After nearly 20 years, our driveway will no longer be full of fall produce. Sean started out with gourds on a card table; increasing produce and the size of the patch each year. Steve and I continued his tradition after he left for college. The last few years the patch was 5 acres! Thousands of gourds, pumpkins and squash were picked, washed and purchased! A huge thanks to all who helped us throughout he years - especially Shane Neuhaus. But most of all, thank you to our loyal customers who came year after year - many of you made multiple visits each year! We truly appreciate your support and will miss visiting with you.

Thank you, thank you for another wonderful weekend! Great to see new faces and those returning - we appreciate you all!

The squash bin went into the shop today due to the freezing temps to come. For anyone needing an orange pumpkin, we have some in the shop too. Both should be outside by mid-morning.

We plan to be open through Friday night - we have lots of squash - especially butternut and spaghetti!

Delicata squash was on the menu tonight! We grilled it, but it can also go in the oven or microwave. I’m often asked if there’s a difference between the brighter white/green or duller green/orange (these would be on the vine longer - picked later). We both thought they tasted the same (very good)!
