Big and exciting things are happening on the playground of Hawthorne. This morning 4 of Sweet Home school districts finest from the maintenance crew,came and disassembled some of our playground to make room for the new equipment bringing installed later this summer. Next year is going to be so fun playing on the new slides and other fun things.

The first grade pet day was a smashing success!! There were so many types of animals that showed up and everyone got along so well! Thank you to the students and families who brought their beloved 4-legged family members to share the afternoon with us. 🖤🐝💛
