Our first graders had a special visit today from Erica Wolfe with Abound Credit Union! Erica helped our students learn important financial literacy skills as we explored the ideas of spending and saving. Our students had a great time learning that even at a young age, they can begin building good money habits! 💵❤️

A big thank-you to Erica and Abound Credit Union for helping make learning about financial literacy fun and meaningful for our first graders! 🌟

Over the past two weeks, we have been so thankful to welcome some amazing community helpers to our school! Our students loved learning about the important jobs they do and the many ways they help our community.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit, share with our students, and make Community Helpers Week so special! ❤️

📣 Kyrock PTO Basket Announcement!
Flyers will be coming home in students’ folders soon, so be on the lookout! 👀

We’re doing things a little differently this year! Instead of classroom baskets, we’ll be putting together grade-level baskets! We’re hoping this new approach will help us create some pretty amazing bundles for our auction!

🛍️ Don’t have time to shop? No problem! If you’d rather not shop for the items on your child’s grade-level list, you’re more than welcome to send in a monetary donation and let us do the shopping for you! We want to make this as easy as possible for everyone. More information about this option will be included in the flyers coming home with students.

💛 Thank you for always supporting Kyrock PTO and helping us make these events special for our school!

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to any PTO member or Mrs. Leslie Decker.

Let’s make some amazing baskets together, Blackhawks! 🖤💛

The FFA officers from the high school came this week and did a fun life cycle craft with the students in Mrs. Morgan and Mrs. Tori’s 3rd grade classes.
The kids had such a great time learning and creating together! A big thank you to our FFA officers for taking the time to come spend time with our students and make learning so much fun! 😊
