As we close the chapter on another incredible school year, we celebrate not only our students’ accomplishments but also two remarkable educators whose impact will be felt for years to come.

Congratulations to Maria Sohn and Lori Titus on their well-deserved retirements! Thank you for your dedication, compassion, wisdom, and the countless lives you have touched throughout your careers. Your legacy lives on in every student, colleague, and family you inspired along the way.

Wishing everyone a happy, safe summer and wishing our retirees endless joy, relaxation, and new adventures in this exciting next chapter. 💙📚🍎

Mic drop!🎤Our students AND staff (be sure to swipe through to the end) brought the laughs, the dance moves, and the superstar attitudes to our end-of-year lip sync performance organized by Mrs. Woronicak and judged by members of the G&T program! Yesterday the Hill students enjoyed Celebration Day ☀️A HUGE thank you to Mr. Gilmore for coordinating the event, Mr. Forlano for leading and setting up the activities, and our PTO and parent volunteers for helping to plan and volunteering time to help make the day run smoothly! 💦 The countdown is on!!

🎓 Walk Through Memory Lane at Walter Hill (The Final Chapter): The Clifford School welcomed our 6th graders before their Moving Up Ceremony in a full circle moment. Many of our students started their educational journeys as Comets in Kindergarten at Clifford and got to go back to where it all began before they officially become a Dragon! 💛💙 ➡️ ❤️🖤 The Clifford students held pictures of our 6th graders, made posters, decorated the hall with their smiles, waves, and high fives, and made our 6th graders feel so special! Congratulations to the Walter Hill Class of 2026 on your Moving Up Ceremonies tonight. Enjoy your last few days as Comets and the rest of your upcoming celebrations! 💫

🎓 Walk Through Memory Lane at Walter Hill (Part 4): Our 6th graders participated in the annual Regional Field Day at Kingsway where they got to meet and play field day style games with students from East Greenwich and South Harrison. The day started off with a race where Hill took 1st place 🥇 in BOTH the Boy’s and the Girl’s race — congratulations to our runners and a huge thank you to their coach, Mr. Forlano! 🏆 Students also learned the Dragons chant and got in some early practice before next year ❤️🖤

🎓 Walk Through Memory Lane at Walter Hill (Part 1): Our 6th graders enjoyed one of the most anticipated assemblies of the year—The Brain Show 🧠📚➗🔬🌋🇪🇸🎨🏋 Picture: trivia meets dance class and a game of memory! Each round, students were taught a new set of dance moves. Then a trivia question was posed; the first to buzz in, answer correctly, AND do the dance associated with whatever song our host plays gets points ✅ At the end, even staff joined in on the fun and tested their knowledge 📖
