Start your day with intentional movement. With lights turned down low & calm music playing, you will be lead in deep breathing, stretches & muscle toning moves that will leave you feeling strong + refreshed.

Registration is officially open for the 2026–2027 Youth Wrestling Season!

⭐ First-time wrestlers: Don’t miss the Try It Out Mini Camp on November 9 & 10 — only $50!
💪 Season begins: November 16
📅 Practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays
💰 Season cost: $150 baseline cost

5K Color Walk/Run/Roll is on Sunday September 27, 2026 at the William S. White Building on the UM-Flint campus (509 Harrison St, Flint, MI 48503). Registration starts at 1pm and the event will begin at 2pm. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate! Cost is $15 per participant, $10 for ages 12 and under. Here is the link to register!

💙 An Important Update From Our School Community 💙

As many of you know, construction at the middle school will require the closure of our pool this summer. While we know this is disappointing news for many families, students, and community members who enjoy our swim programs, we are excited about the improvements being made for the future of our school and community.

🏊 June 12 will be the final day for all swim activities at the Middle School Pool before the summer closure. Please see previous post for our last day of swim activities! We invite everyone to join us for one last day of swimming as we look ahead to the exciting changes to come.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this transition. We are incredibly grateful for our school family and community, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back when construction is complete.

☀️ Start your mornings with movement, mindfulness, and positive energy! Join us for Flex and Flow’s Morning Flow classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6AM. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply start your day feeling refreshed, we’d love to have you on the mat! 🧘‍♀️✨

The beginning of June we will hold classes in the High School room 401.
Once school is out and construction begins classes will be moved out the our football stadium.
