The Middle School Royal Court, King and Queen, were announced this afternoon! These students are exemplary students, and true representations of Bulldog Pride!
They received a certificate, crown, t-shirt, bulldog rally towel, tickets to the High School Musical Frozen Jr., Urban Air socks and their tickets to Urban Air for next Thursdays Spring Spirit Night!

Ever wondered what it is like "behind the scenes" on Swanton Parents Club? Now is your chance.

We are always looking for new and fresh ideas to help support our local schools.
March is when nominations for officer positions takes place. This is done by secret ballot at the March meeting. Voting will then take place at the April meeting.

Each term as an officer for SPC is for 2 years.

Duties of the offers are:
To plan the work of the Swanton Parents Club.
To receive the reports and financial requests from school faculty and staff, and to present its recommendations to the members at the regular meetings.

Specific Responsibilities for each role:

President - presides at all meetings of the Swanton Parents Club, shall elect the members of all committees, and shall perform all other duties pertaining to the office.

VP - performs the duties of the President in their absence.

Treasurer - maintains all financial records including the checkbook, receipts and a log of revenue and expenses.

Secretary - records and distributes the minutes from the meeting, and coordinates publicity materials.

If you or someone you know would like to step up and play a more active role with Swanton Parents Club, we would love to see you at our next meeting. The above duties are snippets directly from our club bylaws. For further details, comments and questions feel free to message us!
