Swanton Families!

As a reminder the PTO's Welcome Back BBQ is still on for tomorrow! We are excited to welcome families back on Wednesday August 19th from 4 - 6 PM!

As a general reminder, we are also showcasing the recently renovated building at the same time in Babcock! This is a great time to check out the fresh new work done as well as the new HVAC system! As a reminder though, this is NOT our annual Open House for the school. That date is later in September!

We hope to see you all outside and enjoying time together! SEe you then!

Now that August is here, we wanted to get some information out to our families!

📬 First, the Summer Mailing for the upcoming school year is being mailed home TODAY (8/3/26)! So you should get that this week!

Come celebrate starting a new school year with the newly renovated Babcock Building during the 5th Annual Swanton PTO BBQ! Thanks to all of our partners in the PTO and around the district for making sure this will be an event to remember!

Free meals for kids are available to pick up at the school this summer every Friday morning from 7-8 from June 19th to August 21st! Be shure to come to the bus loop entrance to the school off Bushey st.

You can pick up 14 free meals for each of your kids every week between June 18 and August 21! These free meal boxes are available to all children under the age of 18 and can be picked up at the following places and times weekly:

-Highgate Elementary, 219 Gore Rd. Highgate
Thursdays 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

-Swanton Central School, Bushey St. Bus Loop, Swanton
Fridays 7:00 AM - 8:15 AM

-Sheldon Food Shelf, 52 Church St. Sheldon
Fridays 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Happy STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK!!!

We are SO FORTUNATE to have the incredible staff that we do at Swanton Schools! Our PTO has planned an incredible week for our staff with the theme of "You Set the Bar"! Check out the AWESOME flyer attached to show what the theme is for each day!
