Last week, our Saint Family Houses kicked off a series of challenges! Each of our four houses has its own color, represented by the Academy members who lead each team. Our Academy students stepped into leadership roles, teaching the younger students in their houses how to play each game and encouraging their teammates along the way. Students rotated through the different challenges, while those on the sidelines enthusiastically cheered on their teammates! As of this week, the blue team is in the lead!

Let's celebrate our prudent September Victors of Virtue! At Holy Trinity Catholic School, we have thorough virtue programming that teaches students not only what the virtues are, but also what they look like, sound like, and feel like. This allows our students to put virtue into practice in their everyday lives. Well done to all our students who demonstrated prudence!

Last week, our preschool and Kindergarten classes went on a field trip to MacQueen's Orchard, where they learned about how apples are grown and donuts are made. They also got to taste one of each! These trips are not only fun, but help teach students about where their food comes from.

Today, Fr. Jeremy blessed the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd atrium, a space where students pray, play, and learn about the sacred liturgy of the Mass. CGS teaches children contemplation and enjoyment of God, fostering religious values in childhood. A few weeks in, the program is already bearing fruit, with students engaging in prayer work and participating in processions, singing hymns through the school.

Get Ready - This Friday, we launch our Saint Family Houses!

At Holy Trinity Catholic School, our Saint Family House program teaches students discipline, service, and community. Students will participate in team-building activities and challenges within their saint family, competing against other houses throughout the year. Challenge winners receive special prizes, and the House Cup will be awarded to the winning saint family house at the end of the year.

Which of these saints is the coolest? Tell us your favorite in the comments!
