Highlights:
-(Old business) Corn Fest color-run sponsorship was discussed but not brought to a vote, and car-show activity damaged areas of Baseball Field 1.
-Baseball/softball leadership may be split into separate commissioner roles; Lyndsey Rico is stepping down, and Kellie Siewert is considering the position. The board also discussed stronger support for field/concession closing duties, including additional paid staff. This will be further discussed in future meetings.-
Basketball is still seeking a commissioner and contingency options are being considered.
-Next meeting: September 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at The Venue on Main.

With the weather and field conditions, the first 1st-2nd grade flag football practice will be cancelled tonight. With the SES open house being moved to Monday, the first practice will now be Thursday 8/13 at 6p at the lower baseball field at the park. See everyone there!

Rec Cheer practice is cancelled for the evening. Equipment orders and payment will be due at practice on August 18th.
