Hello All, just checking back in. We have 17 days and we've added bands and guess what that means?.....you guessed it! More spots have been added along with much needed food donations. Please make plans now to come join us for the 20th Annual Eagles Nest Invitational. If you are an alumni or current parent please consider coming and helping out with this huge event. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK !!!

We are just over 3 weeks out from ENI and we are expecting over 3000 people for this event and for this to run smoothly, we must have volunteers!!
We've heard from several alumni parents and students already BUT we really want to hear from all of the current band parents.
This is a great way to interact and meet other band parents and also it's a great show of support for your band/guard student!
There are 3 shifts available, so please turn in your leave notices at work, get a babysitter for a few hours, push your grocery run back to another day, clean your house a little later- it's not that dirty right now.
We have 63 spots available and also need food donations and we need to borrow 10x10 tents.

If you missed pickup last night.. we have placed your butts in refrigeration and we are at Collins Hill (at the band room entrance in the parking lot) from 5-6:30 TODAY to hand them out.
