Threaded from Heaven is excited to be part of Suwanee Fest this weekend!

This weekend is all about community, connection, and creativity. We’re looking forward to getting outside the studio, meeting more of our Suwanee neighbors, seeing some familiar faces, and sharing a little more about what we do at Threaded from Heaven.

Stop by our booth to say hello, learn about the Fabric & Yarn Line, our sewing and crochet programs for Adults, Kids, and teens, upcoming classes and events, and discover all the creative opportunities happening right here in our community.

Kids Sewing for a Cause!

We’re excited to collaborate with Church on the Hill for a special afternoon of sewing, service, and giving back to children in need.

📅 Sunday, September 27
⏰ 2:00–5:00 PM
📍 Threaded from Heaven

For this special community event, kids who already know how to use a sewing machine are invited to help us sew quilts for Quilting for Kids.

The quilt pieces will be precut and ready to sew, so our young sewists can come in, sit down at a machine, and put their sewing skills to work for a wonderful cause. 🪡

Completed quilts will be returned to Church on the Hill to help provide comfort to children facing difficult circumstances, including illness, abuse, and other hardships.

This is more than an afternoon of sewing. It’s an opportunity for our young makers to see how something created with their own hands can bring comfort, kindness, and love to another child. 💛

✨ Sewing experience is required.
✨ Quilt materials will be provided.
✨ Space is limited.

Does your child love to create, make, design, or dream up new ideas? Maybe they’ve even said, *“I could sell this!”

Join us for **Kids Entrepreneur Night**, a FREE community event designed to introduce kids to the exciting world of entrepreneurship!

📅 **Friday, September 25, 2026**
⏰ **6:30–8:30 PM**
🎟️ **FREE — Registration Required**
👨‍👩‍👧 **Parents must be present**

During the evening, kids will explore what it takes to turn an idea into a business. Each participant will receive a **Kids Entrepreneur Workbook** to help them think through their idea, what they want to create or sell, who their customer might be, and how they can begin building their own mini business.

And this is just the beginning! 🌟

Kids who create handmade products will also be encouraged to put what they learn into action by participating as a young entrepreneur at our **Annual Holiday Market**!

**Studio Coordinator — FT**
Perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, retail, organization, and helping a creative small business run smoothly.

**Sewing Instructor — PT**
For an experienced sewist who enjoys teaching and helping students build confidence and skills.

**Sewing Assistant — PT**
A great opportunity for someone with sewing experience who enjoys supporting students and wants to continue developing their skills.

We're looking for team members who are dependable, encouraging, willing to learn, and excited about creating a great experience for our customers and students.

Saturday availability is required - minimum two Saturdays per month.**
