Identifying your transferable skills is one of the hardest parts of coming back. You know you're capable, you just can't quite figure out how to say it.
That's exactly why Section 05 of the Back to Bold Workspace walks you through it. It's a guided process (not a worksheet that feels like homework) that helps you uncover skills you've been using all along.
You'll map what you actually did during your time away, then translate it into resume language. By the end, you're not guessing. You're confident.
The whole Workspace is $19 on Gumroad, comes with the 5-Day Resume Reset, your own job tracker, and a cover letter library. But honestly? Start with the free prompt kit first. Get a feel for how this all works.

Back to Bold helps moms reenter the workforce with confidence, starting with a free AI Resume Prompt Kit.
In my first few interviews after my career break, I was a mess.
I tried to have all the right answers. But the moment someone asked about my time away, I'd get nervous and start to over explain and over share. Like if I just gave them enough information they would understand and want to hire me.
Shockingly 😉, the more I explained, the more it sounded like I thought it was a problem.
It took a couple rounds of that before I was able to get my footing.
I stopped trying to minimize the gap and started talking about what I actually did during it. The things I learned. The ways I grew. The skills I didn't have before that I have now.
Not only did it change how the interviews went, but it also increased my confidence.
I stopped treating my time away like something to survive in an interview, and started treating it like part of my story.
Your gap isn't the obstacle. How you're carrying it might be.
What's one thing you gained during your time away that you haven't given yourself credit for yet?

Welcome!
Where Back to Bold began -
A year ago I realized my life was about to look very different, very quickly.
I'd been a stay-at-home mom for 19 years. I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, but honestly, clinical work was never where my heart was. So I chose to pour myself into my family instead.
Then life happened.
My son got into college out of state. And I told him, I would do everything I could to help him get there.
My life was changing in so many different ways, some of which were unexpected, I knew a career was something I needed.
So there I was. Nineteen years out of the workforce. A woman, 47 years old, with a degree I'd never really used. A resume that felt like it belonged to someone else. And a very real deadline.
I didn't find tools that felt built for that moment. So I built them myself.
Back to Bold started as a way to keep me organized, motivated, and moving forward through one of the hardest seasons of my life. And somewhere along the way I realized , I'm probably not the only one who could use this.
If you're in that season right now, the one where everything is changing and you're trying to figure out what comes next, the free AI Resume Prompt Kit is where I'd start.
It's what I built for myself to push me forward, little steps at a time.
