For those who haven’t seen me in awhile I just wanted to give you an update. Over the last year I’ve lost 105 pounds. I’m down from 360 to 255lbs. Down from a size 48 waist to a 38. Down from a 4XL shirt to a 2XL/XL depending on the cut. I’m not there yet but I’m working to get to my goal weight. I’m feeling better mentally and physically. Once I made up my mind to take control it became easy. The hard part was starting with the right mindset. Before you ask the truck isn’t mine. It belongs to a client of mine.
