K-12 Independent Study
A teacher works with the parent and student to develop a "personalized" educational program which is completed at home. We offer tutoring and special classes at each Resource Center which best serves the needs of the students.

Beginning Wednesday, June 3rd, our office hours will be as follows:

Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday - CLOSED

Normal office hours (Mon -Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) will resume on Thursday, August 6th.

We’re excited to announce that Re-enrollment and Open Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year at Thompson Peak Charter will begin Monday, March 16th and run through Thursday, April 2nd!

✅ Re-enrollment is for current students and guarantees your child’s spot for next year. (Forms will be sent home with your child.)

🆕 Open Enrollment is for new students. Depending on interest, we will either offer placement directly or hold a lottery. (Forms are available in the office.)

At Thompson Peak, we offer a unique independent study program with individualized instruction, small class sizes, and a warm, supportive community. Our dedicated staff takes pride in creating a safe, student-centered learning environment where every learner can thrive.

Due to winter weather, road conditions, and ongoing snow removal, Thompson Peak Charter will be on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Feb. 18th. Classes will begin at 10:00 AM.

If you have meetings scheduled before 10:00 AM, please expect an email or call from your teacher to reschedule.

An additional update will be sent out by 9:00 AM tomorrow morning.
