West Point Elementary School Home to the Dysart Arts Academy, West Point Elementary is a Pre-K through 8th Grade school focused on preparing students to be career and college ready.

It's almost time for one of our favorite nights of the year!
Hall of Treats
Friday, October 30
5–6:30 PM
Come dressed up, collect some treats, and have some Halloween fun before heading over to the dance! Remember- no toy or simulated weapons allowed. Keep your costumes Dysart approved.

Dance admission is $5 per student — OR FREE for PTSA members!

Learn the facts about Dysart’s fiscal responsibility:
- Dysart’s 8.5% costs per pupil in administration are classified as “low” when compared to peer districts, and is lower than the state average of 10.3%.
- Dysart has earned the ASBO Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for 31 years in a row.
- Dysart has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for 22 consecutive years.
- Dysart has a proven track record of saving taxpayer dollars – previously refinancing bond debt to save taxpayers $20 million.

The Candy Monster has returned to West Point and is ready for your candy donations! 🍬

All candy collected will be used for our annual Hall of Treats—our safe, fun indoor trick-or-treating event right here in the school halls! We rely on the generosity of our West Point families to make this free event possible for our students.

Who knew a few little shapes could become something so big?

Ms. Check’s Kindergartners are learning how smaller flat shapes can come together to create larger images in part of their math unit. Students described their image to their partner using vocabulary words like sides and corners, and were able to identify various flat shapes, such as triangles and squares.
