During our cup stacking challenge, some kids were super fast and loved the thrill of the race. But what happened next is the real magic of our social skills group.
The students who finished first didn’t brag or even announce they won. Instead, without an adult prompting them, they quietly knocked down their own cups and rebuilt them slower to teach their peers the patterns. 🧩
They kept their competitive energy but completely detached it from needing to beat anyone else. That is true leadership and empathy in action. 🏆✨
