Our new Glendale location is officially enrolling and classes begin September 23!

World Academy is our K-12, hands-on homeschool enrichment program where students explore one region of the world through history, geography, literature, art, science, engineering, and technology.

This year we are traveling through Oceania! Students will investigate its islands and oceans, learn about the people and cultures of the Pacific, conduct experiments, design and build, create art, and explore big ideas alongside other homeschoolers.

Classes are divided by age so students can learn at an appropriate level while still sharing the experience as a community.

If your child is always drawing, designing, building, experimenting, or asking, “What if we tried it this way?” they will feel right at home here. World Academy gives creative thinkers and problem-solvers a place to use those strengths while learning alongside other homeschoolers.

We have some big news...it has been a collaboration effort behind the scenes that we have been working on for years and now we can finally tell you all...

We have a permanent home coming soon to Glendale!!!

This is a place for us to gather. To teach our kids as a friends and neighbors. To host events. To be active in the communities around us. To homeschool.

And with many of our World Academy classes in Surprise and Goodyear already full, we’re opening preregistration for World Academy at our new Glendale location now (beginning mid September).

We have so much more to share about this project and will do so soon!

We’re growing our STEAM Studios team!

We’re looking for passionate, warm, kid-centered educators who enjoy hands-on learning, creativity, and helping students explore big ideas

Current openings include:

• World Academy Teachers, all grade levels
• Upper Grades STEM Teacher
• Makerspace Teacher
• Robotics Teacher

Our classes serve homeschool students in a collaborative, project-based environment where curiosity, creativity, and connection come first.

These are part-time teaching positions, perfect for educators who want to teach without the pressure of a traditional classroom.

Nontraditional educators are encouraged to apply. Some of our strongest teachers have gained their experience outside of traditional schools, including homeschool programs, enrichment classes, camps, community programs, tutoring, coaching, and other hands-on learning environments. An education degree or traditional classroom experience is not required.

There are still a few days to sign up for electives. We begin on Tuesday in Surprise and Thursday in Goodyear!

Back to STEAM Kickoff & Open House Whether you're already enrolled or just curious about STEAM Studios, we'd love to meet you!

Join us for our Back to STEAM Day, a fun, drop-in event to kick off the new school year. Families from both our Surprise and Goodyear campuses are invited, and prospective families are welcome too.

Meet our K-2 Teacher, Mrs. Amasula!

Hi! I'm Katelyn a mom of three and lover of nature and exploring! As a former 1st and 3rd grade teacher I have developed a love for helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence in their abilities. I have homeschooled for the past two years which has given me a strong appreciation for adapting learning to meet individual needs. I enjoy creating engaging, hands-on lessons that make learning both meaningful and fun.

I look forward to partnering with families to help students thrive both academically and personally. When I’m not teaching you can find me reading a good mystery book, exploring a new hiking trail, or creating a new recipe in the kitchen!

Mrs. Amasula will be teaching at both the Surprise and Goodyear locations!
