Hey Paradise Families!

The 26/27 SY Interschool Bus Application opens on May 7, 2026.
Paradise Schools offers optional sibling bus transportation between the PHES and the PHMS/PHHS campuses for a fee. To qualify, families must have at least one student attending PHES and one student attending either PHMS or PHHS.

Submit your online application between May 7 and July 10, 2026 to be entered into the lottery.
Applications received after July 10, 2026 will be placed on the waiting list.
Lottery results will be emailed to the registered email address on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
Bus fees will be assessed after the results are sent and must be paid by Friday, July 24, 2026.

Summer Meals Program and 2026-27 Lunch Information

Dear Paradise Families,

As summer quickly approaches, we understand many families may be considering meal options for their children while school is out. We are excited to share information about a summer meal program available in our community to help ensure every child has access to nutritious meals during the break.

Summer Meal Program
From June 1 through June 18, Monday through Thursday, a summer feeding site will be available at:
Valley Vista High School
15550 N. Parkview Pl.
Surprise, AZ 85374
Children 18 years old and younger are welcome to receive:

Free Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Free Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Please note that all meals must be consumed on campus. There are no income requirements to participate, and all meals meet federal nutrition guidelines to provide healthy options for children throughout the summer.

Paradise Schools Lunch Program – 2026-2027 School Year
Paradise Schools will resume the National School Lunch Program for all K–12 students on August 3, 2026.
To ensure your child receives any meal benefits they may qualify for, we strongly encourage every family to complete the online meal application for the 2026–2027 school year. Completing the application is the best way to determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals.
Applications for the 2026–2027 school year will be available beginning in July 2026 and may be submitted at any time during the school year.

Most families receive their application status within minutes of submitting online. Paper applications will also be available at each school’s front office.

2026-2027 Lunch Price Adjustment
We also want to remind families of the upcoming change to student lunch pricing for the 2026–2027 school year. Effective August 2026, lunch prices will be:
Paradise Honors Elementary School (PHES): $3.50
Paradise Honors Middle School (PHMS): $3.50
Paradise Honors High School (PHHS): $3.70
This adjustment is required under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), which mandates participating districts maintain meal prices aligned with federal reimbursement rates. As an NSLP participant, Paradise Schools is required to implement this increase to remain compliant with federal program guidelines.
We understand that any increase can impact family budgets, and we want to assure you that our commitment to providing nutritious, high-quality meals to all students remains unchanged. Families who may qualify for free or reduced-price meals are strongly encouraged to apply.

When ordering any garment, please refer to the size chart for each product. If you or your student is on the upper end of a size specification, we suggest ordering the next size up. The youth styles have actual dimensions in inches to ensure accuracy. Please use these in determining the best size for your student. The manufacturer's size specifications may differ from what you expect.

To keep costs as low as possible, we maintain no inventory.

Shirts are produced based on exactly what was ordered, so there are no exchanges or refunds.

Medication Pick up from the Nurse's Office Before End Of School Year!

As we head into the final stretch of the school year, I know schedules can get busy quickly. To help you plan ahead, this is a friendly reminder to please arrange pickup of any medications your student has in the Nurse's Office before today May 21st by 2:45 pm.

Medications cannot be sent home with students and must be picked up by a parent or guardian. Any medications not collected by the end of the school year may need to be disposed of according to school policy.

If you have any questions or need to coordinate a pick up time, please contact the Nurse's office. Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth end of the school year.
