Hello! My name is Patrick Ward, and I am very excited to begin my teaching career in the Superior School District. I completed my student teaching in the Plymouth School District, where I also had the opportunity to assistant coach wrestling and baseball. I enjoy building strong relationships with students and their families and creating a positive environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing sports, and cheering on the Brewers!

A huge thank you to the Four Corners Store for hosting "National Night Out" and accepting school supply donations for our school, and to the Douglas County Sheriff's Department for delivering them to us after the event!

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Head of the Lakes United Way for organizing the Stuff the Bus event. We are so grateful for our amazing community's support! ✏️🎒🚌

Welcome to the Four Corners Family Janna!!! We are so happy to have you here.

💙 Welcome to the School District of Superior, Janna Diggan! 💙

Please join us in welcoming Janna, new 4k & Early Childhood Teacher.

My name is Janna Diggan and this will be my tenth year of teaching! I am originally from Sandstone, Minnesota and currently live in Duluth! I have experience working with a variety of age groups, previously teaching at Hinckley Elementary School and North Star Academy, and also working as a psychometrist at Essentia Health in the Neuropsychology Department. I also work part time on the weekends at UWS in the Marcovich Wellness Center, and love supporting the college athletes in Superior! When not busy with school and work, I enjoy being outside with my partner and our dog, East; spending time with my niece and nephews; playing cards and board games; and rock climbing. I am so grateful to tell others I am part of the Superior School District and am ready to take the leap back into preschool and ECSE!

Join Sparty and your Superior Spartan Football team tomorrow night, Thursday, August 20 for the first football game of the season! 🏈

📣To encourage student involvement and show our appreciation for our incredible community, all K-12 students will receive free admission to all home athletic events and school activities this year. All K-8 students must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note that
📣 all K-5 students must be accompanied by, sit with, and be actively supervised by a parent or adult guardian to enter through the gates and attend events.
📣Students going into grades 6-8 must sit either with a parent/guardian or in the designated middle school student section.

We hope to see a huge crowd in the stands cheering on our athletes. We can’t wait to see everyone out supporting our Spartans!

☀️ What a way to wrap up the year! We had the absolute best time celebrating our last day of school. 🎉

Our students crushed the obstacle course, played some fierce games of co****le and bingo, enjoyed carnival games, and cooled down with delicious freeze pops! 🍧🏃‍♂️

We hope all of our Four Corners families have a safe, wonderful, and relaxing summer. See you all next year! 💛🦅

We got to celebrate our amazing 5th graders yesterday before they head off to SMS! 🎓✨

We looked back on great memories with a school year video, and every student received a bottle of maple syrup that they actually helped make themselves! 🍁 We wrapped up the celebration with some delicious cookies and lemonade. 🍪🍋

Thanks so much East Central Energy for coming out and helping out at our Science Night last week.

Egg-speriments were flying at Four Corners Elementary after they invited ECE to be part of Falcon Family Science Night on May 21. We had the important job of putting students’ egg fall-protection creations to the ultimate bucket truck test. Some eggs survived. Some became scrambled science. Either way, the creativity was impressive!
