Today we close off another successful chapter here in the Writing Center, and we look forward to starting a new one! Thank you to all our graduating staff members. We wish you all the best of luck in your future endeavors, and know that you are always part of the Writing Center family.

And a special thank you to our co-directors Julie Gard and Hillary Fezzey, who are completing their final year at the Writing Center. It is your hard work and determination that has made our center such a thriving space. And we will truly miss you both! But we also welcome our new leadership team: Dr. Emilee Howland, Director and Kate Nolin-Smith, Associate Director.

Last but certainly not least , thank you to all the students who have visited the Writing Center this year, and we hope to see you again next year! Have a great summer break.

Did you feel that? This semester really flew past us, and we are in the countdown to finals. But don’t let your finals overtake you! Start early and plan ahead. The best way is to book an appointment with the Writing Center ahead of time, so you can work on your papers in due time and ace them!

Our Finals Week Schedule is as follows:

Sunday 7-9 pm
Mon-Thurs 9 am – 4 pm and 7-9 pm
Evening hours are online only.

And, as you know, we are a Writing Center, so we can even help you out with your written letters of love!

WELCOME BACK!!! On behalf of everyone here at the Writing Center, we welcome you back to school for the spring semester. The weather may have changed a bit, but the Writing Center has not. We are still committed to helping the UWS community with their writing and helping them become independent writers. If you are a returning client booking an appointment, we are up and running from Monday to Friday in both online and in-person formats and online on Sundays.
