Dr. Lynn Goerdt, Associate Professor of Social work and HBJD Department Chair shared an exciting reflection on her first weeks back teaching students in person.
“I realize you can’t see my smile but seriously, this might be the best week of teaching in 20 years. I was able to see the power of human connection after a year of exclusive Zoom classes and meeting students for the first time in person. We did our best in a virtual space (and will again as needed) but this sure was nice. Student energy is phenomenal!!”
